1. Who We Are

Art Living Life is a shared professional platform for Hayley Stevens and Owen Stevens. While we share this website and branding, we are independent practitioners.

  • Initial Enquiries: We act as "Joint Controllers" for enquiries sent to our shared email (hello@artlivinglife.com). This inbox is only used to direct your enquiry to the appropriate therapist/facilitator.

  • Your Therapy: Once you begin sessions, your chosen therapist/facilitator becomes the sole Data Controller for your clinical and personal records. No clinical data or session notes are shared between us.

2. How We Handle Your Data

  • Clinical Records: We keep basic records of our work together (such as session dates and brief summaries). These are stored securely and remain strictly confidential unless required by law.

  • Payments: Payments are made directly to your individual therapist/facilitator’s bank account. We do not collect or store your credit card or banking details.

  • Data Minimisation: To protect your identity, we redact all client names and personal identifiers from our bank statements before they are shared with any accounting or tax services.

  • Retention: In line with Irish professional guidelines and tax law, we securely retain records for 7 years, after which they are permanently destroyed.
